Q1.Does this store have anything to do with Apple Computer?

A.1 Nothing whatsoever.

Q2. How long does it take for an order to arrive?

A.2 This depends on the product ordered.  Standard international shipping: 8-22 business days. All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch. All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. You’ll receive an email & tracking number when your order has shipped. If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.

Q3. Shipping  - How much does shipping cost?

A.3 Right now for a limited time, we are offering standard  FREE Delivery in North America. In the future, our standard US shipping cost will be $1.99 and insured  tracked shipping $2.99. 

Q4. Tracking  - How do I track my package?

A.4  You can check on the status of your order at any time by going to the following link sent to you in your tracking email or clicking the tracking link in the menu bar on our website.

Q5. Ordering  - I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

A.5  Since we print and produce on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

Q6. Ordering  - Can I change my order?

A.6  Yes we can change your order as you have made the request within 24 hours. But PLEASE let us know what you would like changed in your order as soon as possible because AFTER your product has been shipped we are unable to change it.
